Returns & Exchanges

At TuffStuff, we stand by the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your refund.
